HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

I am different from a regular gym trainer because I take the time to actually know and understand each and every client of mine. I spend quality time with each individual in order to provide them with a custom program that works when were together and apart. In addition I specialize in stubborn weight loss and individualized nutrtion with women looking to create a lifestyle change!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

I do charge extra for Nutritional Guidance and a Diet Plan. This allows me to create a plan that is true and unique to the individual. I sit down and learn about your food preferences, allergies, and current lifestyle so together we can make changes that are sustainable. In addition I provide exclusive recipes and video tutorials for members of this program.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

My philosophy is the less equipment the better. Keep it Simple! When working out at home I recommend a pair of light dumbbells (3-5 IB's) and heavy(10-15 IB's). In addition you will need a pack of resistance bands, booty bands, and the space of a yoga mat. Go to my resources tab to purchase your equipment today! ​
